O- Banane ki Vidhi


Chaval ko dhokar ek or rakh lein. Lahsun, adrakh aur hari mirch ka paste bana lein. Pressure cooker mein tail garam karein aur usme sunahra hone tak pyaj bhoonein. Adrakh-lahsun ko 4 se 5 minute tak bhoonein. Tamatar dalein aur tail alag hone take bhoonein. Cooker mein tez patta, haldi powder, laal mirch powder aur anya sabhi masale dalein. Kuchh minute bhunane ke baad cooker mein pudina patti, matar aur chawal dalein. Cooker mein 3 cup pani, paneer aur swadanusar namak daal kar band karein. Ek seeti lagne ke baad aanch dheemi karein aur 3 se 4 seeti lagayein. Gas off karein aur pressure apne aap nikalne ka intezar karein. Biryani ko halke hatho se milane ke baad rayte ke sath serve karein.

*Tukdo mein kata paneer-200gram
*Kati hui shimla mirch-1/2cup
*Kata hua hara pyaj-1/2cup
*Bareek kata hua lahsun-1chammach
*Bareek kata hua adrakh-2chammach
*Kati hui mirch-2
*Cornflour-1chammach
*Soya sauce-1 chammach
*Tomato ketchup-1 chammach
*Red chili sauce-1 chammach
*Tail awashyaktanusar
*Namak swadanusar


O- Banane ki Vidhi


Ek bowl mein 1/4 cup pani aur cornflour dalkar achchhi tarah se milayein. Usme soya sauce, ketchup, chili sauce aur namak dalkar milayein. Pan mein tail garam karein aur usme adrakh, lahsun, laal mirch aur hara pyaj dalkar kuch second bhoonein.Shimla mirch aur sauce wala mishran daalkar mulayam hone tak madhyam aanch par pakayein. Jab sauce gaadha ho jaye tab pan mein paneer ke tukde da
lein aur aanch tez karke samagri ko achchhi tarah se milakar 4-5 minute pakayein. Kate hue hare pyaz se saja kr serve karein.
